Cycling to Serve is a fundraising endeavor for Rotary Clubs throughout Colorado. We are partnering with existing events, the Denver Century Ride on 9/23/2023 and Tour de Vineyards on 9/16/2023. We also have a "Ride Inside" option for club members who want to participate in another way.
My Littleton Rotary Club has set a fundraising goal of $30,000. We will distribute those funds via the Littleton Rotary Foundation, using our existing and rigorous Grants procedure. We have committed that 50% of funds raised will go toward Mental Health initiatives, with the balance going toward various poverty and food insecurity programs and other community services. Our grants support numerous non-profit organizations right here in the Littleton Colorado area.
All Rotary Clubs are part of Rotary International, a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, and leaders who volunteer their skills and resources to solve issues and address community needs.
I am registered for the 50 mile route of the Denver Century Ride on 9/23, with a fundraising goal of at least $1,500.
