The Tour de Vineyards early entry fee is $95, increases to $105 on July 1, and $115 on 8/1. You may be able to register on race weekend for $125. The race fee covers their costs for police, aid stations, meals, party and more.
None of the fee goes to Rotary... you support Rotary by using the tools to fundraise for your club.

The Denver Century Ride full entry fee is $96 - $129 depending on which distance you choose. If you use the discount code, your ride entry fee will be $72 - $96.75 depending the distance you register to ride. It covers their costs for police, aid stations, meals, party and more.
DCR will make a modest donation to Rotary for the two aid stations we staff and course marshal positions we volunteer to cover. As a rider, you support Rotary by using the Cycling to Serve tools to fundraise for your club.

- Ride a stationary bike 20 minutes each day for a month.
- Hike 60 miles during the month of my challenge.
- Walk 8,000 steps per day, 5 days a week during September.
- Whatever you decide...
Edit your fundraising email specifying your cause and your challenge.
Send out your fundraising email to friends & family.
TAKE ACTION and track your progress toward achieving your challenge.

You don't need to "DO" anything to justify asking for support of a worthy cause you're passionate about. Rotary helps to make the world a better place... that's more than enough!

If you're uneasy about asking friends to donate, you can donate yourself in just a minute. However, you'll be missing the opportunity to make a much bigger impact for your club and for people in need. Try just sending the fundraising email to a few friends... maybe those you've supported in the past with donations yourself? When they respond favorably and are appreciative of your efforts to make a difference, you may want to build on your success and expand outside your comfort zone.

In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against: BikeSignup.com; the Denver Century Ride or its employees and independent contractors; The Ride Collective (aka the Tour de Vineyards ride organizers) or its employees and independent contractors; the Rotary Club of Grand Junction or its members; the Grand Junction Rotary Club Foundation, Inc. or its officers; Rotary Districts 5440, 5450, 5470, or their member Rotary Clubs and individuals; and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I know that an organized bike ride and associated activities are potentially hazardous. I should not participate unless I am medically able to do so and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and course conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in an organized bike ride. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me. I agree to abide by all decisions of any event official relative to my ability to safely participate. I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to participate that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event and that a licensed Medical Doctor has verified my physical condition. I agree to waive any claims related to COVID-19 or other diseases.

In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising during the event I hereby authorize and give my consent to the Event Director to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment and hospitalization.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver.

Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videographic or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes.
